Return Policy

Shipping Information
Prices quoted do not include Delivery Fees unless otherwise stated. All products will be shipped via UPS or similar ground service if you live outside the Miami, Florida area. If you have special delivery instructions please include instructions with your order, or contact us to discuss your needs. If you do live in the Miami, Florida area and wish to have delivery and assembly please contact our store warehouse at (305) 251-1955 in order to set up an appointment of delivery.
Larger orders will be shipped by truck line. Please note: When shipped via truck line, there is an additional charge for in-home delivery. Basic freight charges provide for transferring the merchandise from the truck to inside the residence or office. If Inside Delivery (having items brought inside the home) is needed, your request for Inside Delivery must be made at time of order. The trucking line will contact you prior to delivery to insure someone is home to receive the merchandise.

 

Inspection
When you receive your order it is imperative that you inspect your order immediately for damages on the outside and inside of the box before accepting the delivery!
In case of delivery via truck line, all damages must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Damages that are noted will be replaced accordingly. Please notify us by phone at (305) 251-1955 or e-mail of any damages as soon as possible, accompanied by picture of the damages, so we can immediately initiate the replacement process with the manufacturer and/or the trucking company. Please note: that any damages not reported at the time of delivery on the freight bill the truck line will not give 100% replacement value and Kreativa for Kids cannot assume the difference.

In case of damage when shipped by via UPS, FedEx, or other ground services, please respond as follows: If package has obvious damage, you may refuse delivery. Call us immediately so we can initiate replacement process. Any damage found after opening your packages and examining the merchandise should be reported to us within 48 hours to expedite the replacement process.

In case where the merchandise is received at our warehouse in unsatisfactory condition, the replacement item(s) will be ordered and the complete order will ship complete when replacement item(s) have been received and deemed to be in good condition.
To protect yourself if you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons until you claim has been acknowledged and settled by the shipper. If you accept damaged merchandise the shipper has the right to inspect the original shipping cartons before honoring your claim. Disposing cartons prior to filing a shipping damage claim may limit your ability to receive reimbursement or replacement for those items.

 

Shipping Dates
The length or time from order to delivery will vary with each product. Accessories that are in stock will usually ship within 10 days. Accessories on backorder will ship within 8 weeks. Larger items in stock will ship within 2 weeks. Depending on destination, delivery of larger items may be delayed due to travel time. Large items not in stock will be shipped within 8-10 weeks. We will send you an order confirmation with an approximate ship date via US Mail. These shipping dates are estimate only.

 

Returns/Cancellation Policy
As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process for your chosen furniture or accessory manufacturer(s). Once the order is placed, Kreativa for Kids Inc. is financially obligated to purchase the products ordered with each respective manufacturer. All cancellation and refund requests must be made with 48 hours of date or order. All cancellation and refund request made beyond the 48 hour time frame will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. Therefore, we are not generally able to accept cancellations at the time of delivery. We may, at our discretion, make an exception to this policy in which case a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price, plus actually shipping charges, will apply. Custom ordered items and fabric orders are non-returnable and sales are final.

No orders are on approval. Any errors in pricing or mistakes in arithmetic on your order are subject to correction. You are responsible for checking your order confirmation for accuracy. We are not responsible for errors if you fail to notify us of any other errors within 72 hours of receipt of your order confirmation. Be sure all the items needed for a complete and successful delivery are listed on your confirmation.

All items to be returned must be in their original packaging and shipped within 7 (seven) days of receipt of merchandise by you. Again, you are responsible for freight charges to return items to us as well as a 15% re-stocking charge. Further, in the event that an item is returned in damaged condition following cancellation, additional charges for repairs will apply  so please be sure it is very well packed, padded and wrapped up well. Return shipping expenses can be substantial, call for an estimate.
